By purchasing from 1 Dog At A Time Rescue UK either through this website, by telephone, post or through any other sales channel, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not place an order with us.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Our current products and prices are clearly advertised in our on-line shop. We reserve the right to change or amend our prices without notice. Occasionally we may offer discounts and promotions to the advertised prices.

 

VAT (TAX)

1 Dog At A Time Rescue UK is not VAT registered so no VAT is added to our prices and no VAT can be reclaimed on our products.

 

Shipping & Delivery 
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days but please allow 3 working days of receiving payment. Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date. Orders will be despatched by either Royal Mail post or next day courier depending on the weight of the order and the delivery postcode. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from posting date. Should an order not get delivered, please contact us for help. Courier deliveries are insured against loss. Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail lost until after 15 working days.

 

Orders are kindly fulfilled by our friends at JGS4x4 Ltd, please remember this if you receive a text or email message from Royal Mail advising that a parcel from JGS4x4 Ltd is due to be delivered!

 

Returns Policy 
Our 14-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the postage/delivery charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

 

Cancellation Policy 
An order placed through our on-line shop can be cancelled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been packed and/or dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our returns policy after they have been received.
